Professional Biography
Professor Chipman, a former Vice-Chancellor of Central Queensland University, has academic backgrounds in Law, Philosophy and Educational Administration. He holds academic qualifications from the Universities of Melbourne, Oxford, and New England, has held Professorial appointments at Wollongong, Sydney, and Monash Universities, and is a former Liberal Arts Fellow in Law and Philosophy at Harvard University Law School. He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Education, and is a member of the Board of the Australia-Korea Foundation, and of the International Advisory Committee of Online Education, Berlin.
