Synopsis
A study of the remedies available in torts, contracts, and restitution at law, in equity, remedies under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), and statutory accident compensation schemes. The study of remedies will include the present law and its historical evolution. Students will consider in depth policy issues in relation to remedies.
