Synopsis
Covers the traditions and regulation of the legal profession; the functions, duties and privileges of barristers and solicitors; and rules of conduct and etiquette of the profession. Students will also consider the concept of a profession and the scope of professional responsibilities. The course includes practical application of the rules and underlying principles in modern legal practice. Note- half unit subject
