This course examines many aspects of negotiation theory, with a focus on principled negotiation. Topics covered include effective listening, negotiating with difficult people, cross-cultural negotiations, the effect of gender, team negotiations, strategies and techniques. Interactive techniques, including simulations and role plays, are utilised in teaching the skills component of the course.
