Synopsis

Human Resource Management is an integral part of a managerial role in a line function and in many organisations it also forms a staff specialisation. This subject develops grounding in techniques of human resource planning, staff selection and recruitment, performance appraisal, staff development and compensation.

Prior Knowledge

Full time Bond degree students must have successfully completed MGMT11-101 Organisational Behaviour.

No prerequisite is necessary for study abroad students.
