University Subject Timetable SynopsisThis course aims to provide students with both a theoretical framework and a practical understanding of contemporary issues in urban development as it applies in developed economies. Urban development is diverse and requires knowledge of the total range of various urban development sectors, together with an appreciation of what factors drive their expansion and contraction. In this course we overview the various property sectors in urban development linking them to various peak, professional and investment bodies.
