Synopsis
This subject will deal with design of a medium scale project such as a green commercial/office complex and develop a comprehensive design proposal for the same in terms of design, presentation and documentation. The students will progress from conceptual design to detailed design development including preparation of a set of working drawings as part of the project. The design development will reflect the student¿s understanding of technical knowledge of structures, construction materials and technologies and building service systems as well as planning and building regulations governing the use of land and built environment.
